| Logistics Coordinator职位说明及要求 | |
| MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Acts as key interface to the customer/account providing day-to-day logistics support. • Is responsible for accurate customer order entry into logistics systems • Ensures order confirmation by obtaining product availability information • Actively follows up orders and communicates/reports status to account/customer • Controls the continuos and timely recognition of revenue， based on contract terms and creates needed invoices • Manages customer/account returns • Provides order backlog information for accounts • Is responsible for delivering shipments to drop of points or end customers • Is responsible for handling customer/account related delivery quality issues (e.g. shortage and damage) • Is responsible for delivery preparation and creation of delivery documents • Controls transportation invoicing • Works together with logistics service providers (LSP) in partnership related to order management， customs clearance， transportation and deliveries REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor of Science in logistics or simillar. • 2 years backgrounds in logistics related • SAP knowledges • Good command of both Chinese and English • Team working -》 Relating & Networking • Customer focus • Delivering Quality & Results • Presenting & Communicating • Understanding business |
