| Your responsibilities: -Responsible for P&L of the business in China -Set up annual business plan and lead the team (including both commercial and operation) in China to achieve the target -Continously improve the business operation system to enhance productivity and business result -Develop a competent and result-oriented team in China Your profile: -Bachelor degree or above in business administration or equivalent -Excellent interpersonal skills -Stratetic thinking as well as solid execution -Strong planning, data analytical and problem shooting skills -Used to be a national sales managerl/director role in reputalbe foreign FMCG companies -Must be fluent in English both in speaking and writing -Mature, Ambitious to achieve target, result-oriented, used to and able to adapt to a diversified working environment -Both Expatriate(able to speak Chinese) and Chinese could be considered |
