| National Sales Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| One global FMCG company,fortune 500. It has operations in more than 40 countries and sells its products in over 180 nations worldwide. Responsibilities: -Ensure the business objectives achievement over China via effective strategies and excellent implementation in Key account, distribution, customer management, price management, in-store execution etc.. -Sales target achievement, sales strategy, customer management, channel management, distribution, in-store execution, merchandising, pricing management, promotion management, DSR & ISP management, AR collection, forecasting and stock management, contract negotiation, professional sales practices -Base on the performance and potential of the successful candidate, the responsibilities of Trade Marketing and Sales Operation might be delegated to this position in future. -Key Customers:distributor, key account, retailer, wholesaler, alternative channel Requirements: -Bachelor degree or above -Over 10 years multinational company working experience in sales relevant channels, at least 5 years management experience. Must have proven track record of sales success -In depth knowledge of national consumer goods market in modern trade and traditional sales channels |
