| SeniorDesigner职位说明及要求 | |
To provide product design and development services to the division and its customers， to assist in the achievement of the division’s business objectives. Major Accountabilities 1. Product Design and Development Provide product design and development services to customers， based on the guidelines and information given by supervisor and customers Common activities include: _Collect market information and samples with potential for design reference and future product development _ Develop design and color concepts，sketches，artwork and graphics based on supervisor’s design direction and customers‘ design concept _Advise customers on product design _Createdesign according to customer information and style guides _Source material for sample development and production _Collect and send all necessary artwork files to merchandisers or vendors for sample production _Attend customers’ meeting to identify modifications required 2. Research and Trend Forecasts Research and identify suitable product and market trends for customers Common activities include: _Research on new design concepts fromtradeshows， the Internet and magazines fashion practitioners etc. _Identify and analyze trends suitable for different customers _Source images for the development of trend books，theme boards etc. _Develop trend books， theme boards， mood boards etc. 3. Team Support Provide general support to the team Common activities include: _Borrow samples and collect photos for customer presentations _Convert artwork files in to readable format and burn artwork CDs for customers， merchandisers and vendors _Make simple artwork amendments for the team _ Prepare design print-outs and presentation boards，PowerPoint and trend books etc. for the team 4. Showroom Design and Setup Design showroom layout and coordinate showroom setup Common activities include: _Design showroom ayout and decorations _Borrow or purchase samples， props and material for showroom display _Coordinate and follow up with Production House regarding showroom decorations and presentation material _Set up and decorate showrooms 5. Vendor and Materials Sourcing Identify potential vendors and materials for product design and development Common activities include: _ Identify and source material and potential vendors suitable for customers’ product lines _Advise customers，designers and merchandisers on where to source material ＿Suggest suiable vendors to merchandisers Job Requirements Preferred Education & Qualifications ＿Education level: Bachelor’s Degree ＿ Subject of Studies : Design ＿Technical/Professional qualification: Expected Experience and other requirements ＿ Above 3 years of experience ＿ Both speaking and writing in English. ＿ Computer skills: Word，Excel，PowerPoint，Illustrator，Photoshop |
