We are looking for a Senior QA Manager who can lead a team to make translation deliveries in time, ensure the level of translation quality is beyond customer expectations, and constantly improves the quality and efficiency of QA work. The Senior QA Manager shall report directly to the Translation Director (TD) and Senior Vice President (SVP). Responsible for: - The overall daily management of QA team, team building, establish systems and rules and etc. - The quality of translation, especially need to ensure the quality of documents to be delivered to our clients meets or is above our customer requirements - Constantly improves the quality and efficiency of QA work - Complete other tasks assigned by the TD and SVP What we ask: - Bachelor degree or above. - Outstanding English language and translation/editing/QA skills - Minimum 3 years‘ work experience at a professional translation service - Experienced editor or QA (quality assurance) preferred - Ideally, the candidate shall know how to use professional translation software and tools in the work, but this is not a must - Very good management skills - Minimum 5 years‘ work experience in management Specific knowledge/experience: - Translation/editing/quality assurance work experience at a professional translation service What we offer: - Career development opportunities - Work in a multi-national environment with European Management - Management Training - Oral English courses * Please apply for the position both Chinese and English.
