Manager/AssistantManager-HardlinesTestingTeam职位说明及要求

Job responsibilities:
-Initiate and manage laboratory testing services.
-Control daily operation to ensure high efficiency and integrity
of the service.
-Organize, leading and motivating testing team.
-Implement quality system, monitor and implement any corrective and preventive actions.
-Deliver training to technical staffs.
-Review test method, operation procedure and test reports.
Requirements:
-University graduate in Electrical / Electronic/Mechanical/
Manufacturing Engineering or relevant discipline.
-Minimum 5 years in laboratory work experience and familiar with household appliances, furniture, lighting and/or sundries product, and with 2 years solid supervisory experience.
-Familiar with various test standards, UL,IEC,EN,GB and others.
-Familiar with quality system, ISO 17025 and CNAL / CB
accreditation.
-Proficiency in both spoken and written English with CET 6 or above·Able to demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
-Self-motivated and aggressive.
-Immediate availability preferred.
