| 生产主管职位说明及要求 | |
| ?This position is responsible for： 本岗位主要职责包括： 1 Responsible for overseeing the production operation to ensure to deliver qualified products on time based on the production schedule 负责监督及管理生产正常运作，确保准时、优质地完成生产计划订单。 ? 2 Increase productivity (PPH-Piece/ Person/Hour) by management and process improvement 优化制程与管理，提高生产效率（PPH-件/人/时） ? 3 Implement standard work by multiple operation training. 贯彻执行标准化作业和多功能培训 ? 4 Tracking production performance (PPH， FPY and Waste) and review them weekly 跟踪并回顾产线每周各项业绩表现（PPH，直通率，报废率） ? 5 Work with the related department to pass ISO9000， ISO14000 audit 配合相关部门通过ISO9000，ISO14000审核 ? 6 Work close with ME & QA departments to improve the quality issues 紧密配合ME与QA部门改善品质状况 ? 7 Lead the team to analyze the root cause of defects and do the corrective actions to achieve production performance goal. 领导团队分析不良的根本原因，实施有效改善措施并最终达到目标 ? 8 Manufacturing cost control 生产制造成本控制 ? 9 Reduce WIP， line balance， line change over by IE tools 应用IE手法减少WIP， 转型号时间， 及提高线平衡。 ? 10 Keep safety and 6S implementation to provide a good working environment. 保证生产操作的安全性及6S的实施，提供一个良好的工作环境。 ? 11 Drive personnel development for the subordinates and provide the needed trainings Experience， Education And Training Required ：工作经验、教育背景和所受培训： 指导与规划下属的个人发展，并提供必要的培训 ? 1 5 years manufacture experience 5年以上生产制造经验 ? 2 6S and lean manufacturing knowledge 6S和精益生产经验 ? 3 2 years supervisory experience 2年以上主管工作经验 ? 4 College degree 大专以上学历 ? 5 Good at Read/Write English. 具备英语读写能力 ? 6 Electronic manufacturing experience preference. 有电子厂生产经验者优先 |
