城市规划咨询部经理

专业要求：城市规划及设计

工作方式：全职

任职要求：

1、重点大学城市规划与设计相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；

2、从事城市规划工作十年以上经验，其中担任管理职务二年以上；

3、具有较强的城市设计技术能力；

4、具有较强的独立组织和管理团队能力；

5、具有优秀的沟通协调能力；

6、有境外学习、工作，或外资公司工作背景者优先考虑。

岗位职责：

1、负责协助城市规划部在中国的业务拓展；

2、负责项目运作及部门的日常管理；

3、负责与其它部门及分公司的资源协调及配合。“

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines or above;

2. With at least 10 years experience in relevant fields， preferably 2 years team management experience;

3. Ability to organize and lead the project team to achieve the expected project quality;

4. Good understanding and familiar with national design code and standard

5、Good communication， interpersonal and presentation skills;

6、Outstanding people management skills ，strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

7、Working/studying verseas or sizable international design firm experience perferred

Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for leading the team to meet business requirement in terms of project quality and business development in China

2. Cooperate with other team’s leaders to consolidate and strengthen Atkins market leadership position.“
