We are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager财务副经理 in Shanghai: Job Descriptions: - Reporting to Senior Finance Manager in SH， you will be overseeing the full spectrum of financial operations of entities in Shanghai office. - Manage Finance team of 3 people. Provide leadership and be responsible for all aspects of financial controlling， including accounting， financial and management reporting， budgeting/forecasting， operational analysis in Shanghai office， - Maintenance of internal controls in the agency， - Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of accounts for the agency and meet WPP Group compliance with respect to legal， statutory， operational accounting/reporting policies and requirements， - Review and track performance of monthly results， analyze financial status by comparing and analyzing forecasts with actual results， - Recommend， streamline the business processes， internal control procedures and ensure compliance， - Responsible for monthly， quarterly and annual reporting and statutory audit - Help SFM in other issues Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with minimum 6 years experience - Strong knowledge of China accounting practices， tax laws and regulations - Good comment of English (written & spoken) will be preferable - Experience of advertising or other service industries is advantageous |
