Tasks:
1.Carry out physical layer research on advanced technology for 3G mobile communication system
2.Identify and solve problems in current standard
3.Give technical support to product department in his or her field
4.Attend 3GPP & CCSA standard meeting

Education:
- Master or above with major in wireless communication or electrical engineering

Experience:
1.Minimum 3 years experience in CDMA or OFDM based radio physical layer technology R&D
2.Experience on 3G (UMTS TD-SCDMA) standardization is preferred
3.Proactive and willing to undertake and handle multi-task

Capabilities:
1.Good communication skill, open minded and cooperative
2.Good English language skills, both verbal and written
