Your responsibilities: -Lead supply chain department including planning, sourcing and logistics functions to ensure objectives are met -Continously improve the efficicy and effectiveness of the supply chain system -Motivate and develop a business & customer oritened supply chain team Your profile: -Bachelor degree in chemical or electronics, master degree would be an advantage. -Minimum 8 years supply chain experience in MNC or JV, of which more than 3 years as team leader -In depth understanding of business and operation of plant, exposure to chemical or electronics industries preferred -Excellent interpersonal skills and team management skills -Strong data analytical and problem shooting skills -Proficient English in both spoken and written -Able to undertake pressure -Candidate with mastery of SAP is definitely an advantage |
