POSITION SUMMARY Provide implementation and support Logistics IT solution to customer‘s supplier in Hong Kong and South China. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES -Coordinate with IT implementation team on user requirements -Assist in the testing and implementation of Logistics IT solutions -Prepare problem log and coordinate with IT implementation team on systems issues and feedbacks from the customer‘s suppliers. -Conduct user training on Logistics IT solutions and prepare training materials -Onsite implementation of Logistics IT solutions, mainly South China and Hong Kong -Provide effective & timely supports on Logistics IT solutions to customer‘s supplier -In-house end users & helpdesk IT support -Meet IT KPI & G&A MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS -Degree and/or diploma in Computer Science or equivalent -At least 2 years of proven experience in projects implementation, system applications or end users support. -Experience in supporting warehouse software and related equipment like scanner & label printer -IT PC, laptops, printers and MS office technical knowledge, Problem Solving, Learning motivation to keep pace with IT industry -Knowledge of Client Server/bar-coding technology/EDI/System Integration prefer -Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin -Supply Chain and/or Logistics experience -Project and process management （盐田上班，有班车接送） |
