ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER – RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST German company in the fields of consulting seeks a highly motivated Assistant General Manager in Shanghai to develop it’s newly investment in the recruitment business. Key functions: - Assist to develop the sales and marketing plan - Planning， implement and managing all activities - Search， analyze and develop possible cooperation partners - Develop advertising materials and join events - Lead business development activities - Visit key accounts - Build-up sales and recruitment team The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics: - The Candidate (28-35 years old) must be able to work independently - University degree in Marketing or Business Administration - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Very good computer skills (MS Office) - Experience in the Recruitment and Online business (A MUST – Do NOT apply if none) - Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English Company offers: - Challenging work within an international company - Opportunity to participate in international projects - Excellent and dynamic working environment - Opportunity to receive company shares Are you interested?
