Job Description: To service and meet customer’s requirement Liaise with customer proactively Analysis with ops and customer service on root cause and action plan Lead the nominated customer service team from various branches in achieving customer’s requirement Strong and independent personality Requirements: Bachelor degree or its equivalents At least 2-3 years in logistics with certain level of people management skill is preferred English spoken and written Good PC skills - MS Word/Advanced Excel etc. Strong and independent character that is able to lead by example Quick minded and pro active in analyzing problem Age above 25 years old
