| Position: Logistic Manager 岗位 : 物流经理 Report to: GM 直接汇报: 总经理 Direct Subordinates: Warehouse Supervisor, Supply engineer 直接下属职位名称:仓库主管,采购工程师 Job description: summary: In charge of purchasing, warehousing, import& export ,and process optimization with help/direction of production manager,cooperate with other depts., suppliers and customers to solve all kinds questions. 工作综述 负责采购、仓库管理、进出口、等物流领域的管理及物流流程优化,负责与公司内部其他部门及外部客户及供应商的工作协调,协调在供应、生产、存货和销售环节中种种问题。 Key responsibilities Vendor/supplier management ,Product-localization: 1) Work together with QC-Department (responsible) on checking the qualification of supplier that need to be developed. 2) Organizing purchasing to guarantee the material supply in time; 2. TCP (Total cost productivities), set and update 1) purchase management system procedure, 2) purchase standards and controlling the implementation, 3) check all kinds of purchase contract, payment evidence, 4) etc; 3. Warehouse design loptimization, control of inventories, Inventory-reduction and management. 1) Coach the warehouse supervisor to dispatch in time accurately, 2) keep suitable velocity and avoid loss, 3) Stocktaking and reporting; 4. Shipment of goods,Import & export 1) optimization ,continuous improvement of cost downing and 2) Reduction of ‘‘customs liberation period” 5. ERP-Optimization,continuous process improvement; 6. Teambuilding ,Coach and direct the subordinates to solve problems; 7. Other responsibilities which be appointed by managers 主要工作职责 1.产品本地化/国产化及供应商管理,如负责新开发的供应商资格审核。根据公司的年、月度生产计划和公司内部的各项要求,编制采购需求计划。合理地组织采购,保证物资的及时供应; 2.采购效率及成本管理: 根据公司管理要求起草和更新采购管理制度,规范采购工作流程、工作规范及各项采购业务标准,并检查执行情况;负责起草并审核各类采购合同及付款凭证等; 3.库存管理及合理降低库存。指导仓库主管进行仓库的管理,做到收发及时、准确,并保证合理的库存周转率;库存材料质量的保持,防止损失;指导盘点管理,做到帐物卡一致,按要求完成各类报表; 4.货物物流进出口管理,并持续进行物流降本及物流成本优化管理; 5.ERP系统优化和持续的流程改善; 6.管理团队建设,帮助下级解决工作中的问题,及时向上级反映工作中的问题; 7.按要求完成上级布置的其它任务。 Job qualifications: 1. Logistic or relative major, bachelor above, 2. Trained in a. logistic, b. warehouse management, c. supply chain, d. purchasing and negotiation skills , e. economy laws. 3. 5 years experience in foreign company, Two years experience as same position in manufacturing company. 4. Familiar with a. local sourcing, b. purchasing management, c. logistic controlling and d. import& export, 5. Be able to measure vendor performance ,Have capability to update the procedure , 6. Make budget and cost controlling; 7. Strong planning, organization and cooperation, interpersonal skills and learning & innovation capabilities, honest, initiative. 8. Very good English, office software and ERP skills. 任职资格: 1) 物流管理或相关专业本科以上学历, 2) 受过物流管理、仓库管理、供应链管理、采购管理、商务谈判、经济法等方面的培训, 3) 5年以上外资企业工作经验,2年以上机械行业或制造企业同岗位背景, 4) 熟悉物料零件国产化、采购管理,物流控制, 进出口业务流程, 5) 精通供应商绩效评估, 能建立相应的管理制度、运作流程, 6) 懂得成本预算和控制, 7) 较强的计划、组织、协调能力和人际交往能力,有较强的学习及创新能力,诚信、正直、主动积极, 8) 熟练的英语听说写能力,能熟练使用办公软件和ERP软件。 |
