- Job Responsibilities: Taking full job responsibility of adiminstration issues report to Finance & Admin. Manager. 1.Office equipment co-ordination for maintenance and follow up; New employee induction, Co- ordination for shuttle bus and working lunch. Business card print, co-ordinate with agency for staff visa application. 2. Domestic and oversea travel tickets, hotel booking. 3. Admin rules and policy optimization and improve efficiency. 4. Meeting room arrangement, car booking and driver co-ordination. 5. Security and office cleaning coordination. - Requirements: 1.College or bachelor with background of Business Management, English or Administration. 2.Good English speaking and writing. 3.Two year experience of Assistant or Administrator is preferred |
