无损检测及质量工程师职位说明及要求

1.具有无损检测 MT, UT ,RT 二级证书（国家质量监督局颁发的证书）
2.3年以上工作经验
3.同时还承担部分质量管理工作
4.该职位直接向质量经理汇报
1.college above education background.
2.3-5years working experience in quality management;
3.Familiar with 7 QC tools,SPC,FMEA,MSA,ect;
4.Familiar with the mecanical drawing,casting,brazing,welding and 6Sigma;
5.Have NDT certificate,MT-II is must,RT-II & UT-II will be preferred.
6.Creative problems-solving and diagnostic/troubleshooting abilities;
7.Good computer skills, be familiar with MS office software;
8.Good communication and interpersonal skills, team work attitude.

1.Set up NDT process;
2.Prepare NDT procedure,instruction,etc;
3.Work with the sub-con of NDT testing;
4.Prepare and approve NDT report;
5.Train the operators to do NDT testing.
