| QUALIFICATIONS 1.Education：Requires bachelor‘s degree in engineering or life sciences 2. Experience：Min. 2-5 years related experience in Manufacturing Quality Engineering and/or Supplier Quality；Working with electro-mechanical and mechanical components/Consumer products experience is a plus 3. Computer Skills：Word， Excel， Outlook， Power Point；Working knowledge of 3D CAD designer (SolidWorks preferred) 4. Trave：This position is stationed in Shanghai， China but may require some travel to vendor facilities RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Assists in the validation of products according to test plans， as well as to conditions over-and-above qualification requirements including end-use environmental conditions and identifies new validation methods to assure products are adequate for the intended customer environment. 2.Confirms that design and manufacturing processes ultimately result in product which exceeds both requirements and expectations. Review New Product Development (NPD) submissions for product and part updates to verify compliance to technical requirements. 3.Responsible for evaluation， assessment， and performance improvement of suppliers of electronic， electromechanical， mechanical components. Work with suppliers from program concept through volume production support to prevent and resolve Quality problems. Analyze and review all aspects of characterization and qualification data. Interface with Logistics， Planning， Quality and Manufacturing to ensure that the correct documentation is in place for both the development and release to production phases. 4.Perform Quality tasks such as Quality system audits， production line inspections， product evaluations， process monitoring， supplied part problem resolution， data analysis and lead/participate in various process improvement initiatives. Create， issue， and implement control plans on an on-going basis， as required， for new products， specials， and existing product. 5.This position will support Quality in all phases of the manufacturing process from suppliers to customers and for preventing defects through problem analysis and effective corrective actions. Skills 1.Process Knowledge：Working knowledge and familiarity with Control Plans Working knowledge of product testing， validation， and verification methodologies Competency and knowledge of theory and practice of modern Quality control principles concepts Knowledge of inspection tools Performance of basic statistical analysis 2.Initiative：Data driven professional with a positive can-do attitude Must live the concept of continuous quality improvement Suggests， develops and improves current work processes Willing to assist others when his/her tasks are complete Contributes ideas to improve current processes Results oriented 3.Communication：Able to effectively presents ideas and information through oral and written communication skills Proficient in English， both written and verbal Mandarin Chinese 4.Quality of Work：Able to be consistently accurate Able to follows tasks to completion in a timely manner without sacrificing quality Must be able to work with deadlines and under pressure 5.Other Preferred Skills：CQE and CQA preferred |
