Position: Sales Coordinator for malaria project/疟疾项目的销售协调员 美国国际人口服务组织云南办事处/PSI CHINA Job description/职位描述 ？ Work on sales strategies for LLITN sales in Yuxi, Xishuangbanna and Honghe prefectures. /制定长效蚊帐在玉溪，西双版纳和红河地区的销售策略。 ？ Supervise and manage the sales team’s work performance in the field. /监督和管理地区销售团队的工作表现。 ？ Help the sales team develop sales channels in the project sites./帮助销售团队在项目地点开发销售渠道。 ？ In charge of sales data collection and analysis. /负责销售数据收集和分析。 ？ Work with the technical support team on sales related promotional materials. / 与在技术支持部门合作，开发相关销售的促销材料。 ？ Report to project manager. /向项目经理汇报工作。 ？ Perform tasks required by project manager./完成项目经理提出的其他工作要求。 Qualifications/条件: ？ Has at least 3 years of sales experience in developing sales channels of fast moving consuming goods, rural consumer goods such as fertilizer, pesticide etc. in Yunnan. Candidates with work experience in rural areas in Yunnan province are preferred./在快速消费品、农村消费品，例如肥料，杀虫剂等开发至少有3年的销售渠道开发经验，在云南省农村地区有一定销售工作经验的人选，优先聘用。 ？ Management experience especially with leading sales teams /具有一定的管理经验。特别能够带领销售团队工作。 ？ Willing to travel extensively in rural areas in Yunnan./愿意大量的在云南农村地区出差。 ？ University degree with background in sales and marketing./销售或市场相关专业学位。 |
