| 技术工程师/Technical Engineer职位说明及要求 | |
职位： 技术工程师 职责范围： 1． 总部新产品、工艺的导入，包括技术资料消化/本地化，产品BOM编制整理、更新维护，工艺路线编制、更新维护，工装夹具设计调整，试生产跟踪、确认。制定新产品标准技术文件。 2． 持续对生产工艺进行检讨、改进及完善。 对生产过程中出现的技术/质量问题的产生原因，作出分析和判断，给出解决方案，可行后实施/跟踪。 3． 技术资料管理、维护、归档（包括纸质档案和电子档案），监督并确保各有关部门的控制图纸、工艺文件是最新版的。 4． 与总部的技术沟通。 5． 主导公司内、外部的产品及技术培训。 6． 主导客户投诉的技术分析和技术回复。 7． 特殊ROBO产品的技术支持。 要求 1．机械设计或机电一体化专业本科毕业，专业工作经验3年或以上。 2．要求具有熟练的英语语言沟通能力。 3．熟练使用CAD等绘图和OFFICE办公软件。 4．熟悉一般的机械加工工艺。 5．具有一定的技术资料管理经验。 6．有良好的学习能力、团队合作精神。 7．具有焊接现场工艺经验者优先考虑 Position: Technical engineer Responsibility: 1. Communicate with headquarters for new product launch， craft induction， including the technical data digestion/localization; The product BOM & craft route establishment， reorganizes and maintenance in system; Design and adjust the jig and module in the workshop spot; tracking and confirm the trial-produce; setup the new product standard technology document. 2. Continues to improve and modify the technical routing. Analysis the causing reason regarding to technical/quality issues which occur in production process， and making the judgment， come up with the solution， solve and track it. 3. The technical data management， maintenance and filing-up (including hard copy and soft copy)， monitor and ensure the technical control drawing and routing document is the most updated edition. 4. Communicate with technical department in headquarter. 5. As a leader to conduct the external and internal product and technical training. 6. Conduct the technical analysis and responses for the customer complain. 7. Technical support to the Robot special products. Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree in machine design or integration of machinery， above 3 years working experience in related industry. 2. Speaking and writing English fluently is requested. 3. Operating with the Auto CAD and Microsoft Office. 4. Familiar with the machine processing craft. 5. Experience with technical data management. 6. Team work spirit and willing to learn. 7. Experience with the welding technical at spot is preferable. |
