| This is the fantastic opportunity to join an American multi-disciplinary design firm - HZS.HZS is dynamic growing.We have some vacancies in Shanghai currently.You will be working with talented people within a supportive culture. 岗位职责： 此重要职位将为合格的候选人提供成为公司合伙人的机会。建筑设计总监将共同参与设计工作，并负责进行内部培训指导，从而为各建筑项目带来极富创意的设计成果。建筑设计总监将协助维系客户关系，建筑部的日常工作管理，同时培养和激发公司的国际化建筑团队的才能和潜能。 任职要求： 应聘者须具有丰富的中国国内设计经验及较强的客户关系； 重点大学建筑本科或以上学历，须持有一级注册建筑师资格证； 从事建筑设计工作15年以上经验，担任管理职务5年以上，5年以上大型综合项目全过程（规划、方案、扩初、施工图、施工配合）设计经验，担任过大型建筑工程设计项目负责人或建筑专业负责人，能独立承担大型项目的运作，精通国家规范； 高超的业务拓展、组织管理及沟通协调能力； 熟练掌握AutoCAD和Microsoft Office，了解Sketch-Up和Photoshop； 优秀的中英双语口语及写作能力，精通中英文专业术语，有境外学习、工作，或外资公司工作背景者优先考虑。 Responsibilities: This important position offers significant ownership potential to proven candidates. The Design Director of Architecture working with the Partner in Charge will help to facilitate inter-disciplinary exchanges to bring innovative design solutions to a variety of architecture projects. The Director will assist in maintaining strong client relationships; manage the daily activities of the architecture department while cultivating the talents and potential of our architecture team. Qualifications: Candidates should have extensive built work experience in China and strong following by their clients; Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in Architecture from a prominent university; Architectural Registration is mandatory; At least 15 years of architectural experience， 5 plus years in management role; 5 plus years comprehensive experience of a broad range of project types (including planning， scheme， design development， construction document and construction support) and having played a significant lead role in more recent large-scale projects independently; thorough technical knowledge and understanding of national building codes and standard architectural practices; Strong organizational， management， professional and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in AutoCAD， Microsoft Office is important， knowledge of Sketch-Up and Photoshop; Excellent Mandarin-English communication (oral and written) skills and proficient in technical terms in English are critical to this position; working in an international firm and/or oversea education experience is preferred. |
