1。熟悉EMS 制造流程，机构件组装的相关标准。 2。有1-2年电子产品组装经验。 3。熟练使用FMEA 和SPC分析制程不良原因和解决问题 Good communication skill Good coordination capability Good English skill Knowledge of SMT/HMD process Basic project management skill Strong logical & analytical thinking, systematic way of working under pressure Good communication skills & open minded Creative 职位职责： Production Process improvement Co-ordinate and develop plans for process improvement and optimization Develop planning to increase the efficiency of the manpower and machine Product yield improvement Productivity Tracking and Improvement. Process simplifications Tool Design and Management. Defect Root Cause analysis and Take Actions Check every model that fail, send analysis to production, and so as to production can take action base on the analysis. Maintain and update defect analysis, make summary to support production to do improvement. Line support Daily support for production line, to cover all process issue to make line runs smoothly. Support for the fixture design, maintenance and improve its performance. IDM Min-Max setup and maintain. Projects Management Undertake projects management Ensure high success rate for all projects |
