国际客户服务部经理(WIZ)职位说明及要求

Job Responsibilities:- In charge of the sales operation covering order processing， production coordination， shipping arrangement， export document preparation， payment follow-up and complaint handling.- Manage a department consisting of 4 divisions - customer service， shipping， packaging design and QC with total 40 staff， 80% university graduates- Improve procedure and efficiency， enhance customer service level， ensure compliance with policy and rules- Coordination with factory for effective order forecasting and on-time delivery- Assist in the implementation of CRM and SAP Requirements:- University graduate. Overseas education a plus. Subject of study not important- Good written and spoken English. Ability of other foreign language a plus- Must have working experience in customer service， with at least 2 years at supervisory/ management level- Working experience in foreign invested companies preferred- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all level and from different culture- Able to work under pressure- Mature， independent and initiative
