| MechanicalManager职位说明及要求 | |
Qualifications: --The individual must be highly experienced (8+ yrs) in electro-mechanical design of high volume, low cost, consumer products. -- The individual must have extensive experience with 3D mechanical design tools with a particular emphasis on Pro/E. -- The individual must have experience with plastic injection molding designs. - He/she must have experience in making tradeoff’s of implementation in mechanical vs. electrical solutions for realizing low cost systems with minimal development risk. -- He/she must be experienced in international safety standards and EMI standards (CE, UL, etc.) and be proficient at developing mechanical designs, which meet those requirements. -- He/she must be able to work in a team environment and be a team oriented individual, and be able to train others in best practice techniques for mechanical design. -- He/she must have the skill to get cost sensitive, high volume product from definition into production on very aggressive schedules. -- Good read and write in English is a must and verbal communication in English is a plus |
