| MaintenanceplanEngineer职位说明及要求 | |
Qualification and requirement: 1.A minimum of Bachelors degree in Mechanical or E&I Auto Control. 2.A minimum of 5 years experience with plant operations and maintenance. 3.Fluent (oral and written) in English. 4.An understanding of key manufacturing metrics (cycle time, uptime, chemical yield, FPFQY) and their relationship to the Engineering Technologies 5.A broad understanding of maintenance systems including the Work Management Process, Work Order System, Predictive & Preventive Maintenance, Spare Parts Management, TPM Development, maintenance metrics, computerized maintenance management systems. 6.A broad understanding of reliability systems including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Life Cycle Costing, failure analysis (RCFA), MTBF, and condition based maintenance. 7.Have communication skill, organize and implement PPM, improve PPM quality and efficiency continuously, familiar with ISO9000 is preferred. 8.Understand basic Six Sigma knowledge. 9.An ability to analyze and clearly articulate interrelated and complex issues. 10.A good understanding of best practices in engineering technology and manufacturing work processes 11.Good interpersonal, conflict management and teaching skills. Demonstrated ability to work well with others. 12.Ability to identify, prioritize, and effectively complete critical tasks Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and email and a willingness to learn other PC based programs. Assignments and responsibilities： 1.Assessment of current systems and practices in the area of work management, planning and scheduling systems, predictive and preventive maintenance and reliability improvement practices. 2.Analysis and comparison of current practices to industry standard best practices. 3.Development of a plan to transition from current state to improved future state. 4.Implementation of the transition plan, including coaching and counseling of maintenance/production related resources. 5.Performance Measurement of implementation status and Business Objectives 6.Establishing a continuous improvement plan 7.Providing a Control Plan to sustain the gains. 8.Closely work with site maintenance group and production group to improve site equipment maintenance competency. 9.Participate in site project team to make sure the right design and implementation during project life from site operation pint view. |
