SpinningProcessEngineer职位说明及要求

Qualification and requirement:
1. Performs and stays the core values.
2. Responsible for developing standard operational condition & standard operational procedure.
3. Responsible for spinning process optimization.
4. Drive continuous improvement in spinning workshop to meet the objective on yield and uptime.
5. Responsible for any quality incident investigation and develop reaction plan.
6. Provide technical support and training to production.
7. Work with maintenance group to continuous improve spinning workshop equipment reliability.
