ShiftQualityEngineer（倒班质量工程师）职位说明及要求

Qualification and Experience: 1.The knowledge of FMEA,SPC,QC 7 tools and 8D etc. 2.The knowledge of IPC standards related to PCB assembly 3.Good communication and coordination skills. 4.Strong problem solving skills. 5.Work on 3 shifts 6.Good spoken and written English 7.Min.two years of experience in electronics manufacturing. 8.Min.one year of experience in quality control in PCBA manufacturing. 9.Knowledge about ISO9001/ISO14001 Principle responsibilities: 1.Generation of process and product quality control instruction. 2.Process quality monitoring,data collecting and data analysis. 3.Cooperate with other department for Process and Product quality problem resolving. 4.Cooperate with shift team for Quality improvement. 5.Customer complaint handling. 6.Timely corrective/preventive action feedback to customer. 7.Interface with customer in terms of quality concerns. 8.Customer data monitoring and updating.
