| 采购主管/采购经理PurchasingSupervisor/Manager职位说明及要求 | |
1、Be responsible for plant purchasing； 2、Be responsible for purchasing plant equipments, machining ,MRO tooling and material； 3、Negotiate with suppliers for cost-saving, ensure quality and on-time delivery to meet KPI； 4、Able to develop comprehensive cost model； 5、High ethic and personal integrity to drive to meet goals/target； 6、Supports planning to control materials inventory； 7、Issue the weekly and monthly purchasing report as per requirements； 8、Set up supplier management system and purchasing system, ensure inventory level per KPI； 9、Daily monitor order situation to ensure that all purchasing order has been issued on time based on material plan so as to ensure the production plan can be implemented properly and completely. Bachelor degree 2、8-10 years or above working experience in purchasing ,sourcing and customer service , at least 5 years in manufacturing ； 3、Experience in managing MRO purchasing team，purchasing experience in setting up a new plant is a plus 4、Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, Including Excel, Work, PowerPoint, etc. Experience with ERP system is a plus； 5、 Good communication and negotiation skills both in English and Chinese, international trade knowledge is required； 6、Honest, open-minded ，Teamwork, A strong accountable feeling ，Good interpersonal skills， Self-motivated； 7、Leadership skill and ability to develop and drive supply strategy initiatives； 8、English is fluent. |
