Role Description: Works together with the HR Generalist Director to support Business Managers in the development and implementation of Human Resources plans that would ensure the success of the organization. Serves as a one stop point for consultation and references on HR matters. Works with the Specialist organizations in HR to ensure timely delivery of HR services. Provides consultation on performance management, Organizational HR Development, attrition management, workforce redeployment and positive employee relations strategies. Requirements: Bachelors Degree with 8-10 years’ well rounded HR experience, with a fast-paced MNC; Cultural sensitivity and people skills; Has self initiative and speed of execution, and ability to effectively manage time; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin; Knowledge in general aspects of HR management and good track record of people interface skills.
