| Position Description: 1.Manage suppliers in cost， quality， delivery and service to ensure PSS competitiveness. 2.Achieve annual cost reduction target. 3.Support product creation process. 4.Support implementation of commodity strategy. 5.Manage supplier capacity. 6.Identify potential suppliers and lead & coordinate supplier audits. 7.Secure Purchasing agreement. Profile: 1.Academic / Professional Qualification: University graduate， packing material/chemical material purchasing experience preferred. 2.Working Experience: At least 5 yrs in Purchasing. 3.Expertise / Skills: Negotiation & Communication skills. 4.Personal Attributes: Can-do attitude， able to deliver commitment， team player， willing to take advantage and able to handle pressure.
