| ClinicalResearchAssociate职位说明及要求 | |
主要职责： 1.Drafts protocol and CRFs through discussion with clinical team and other departments. 2.Monitor the clinical trial to ensure that the clinical trial is conducted according to the protocol, GCP and SOP. 3.Assists in organizing and may present at investigator meetings. 4.Manages budgets for assigned clinical studies. 5.Project Leader for assigned clinical studies. 6.Authors clinical reports, addresses and resolves issues with quality control. 7.Coaches and supervises the other staff. 要求： -Bachelor Degree in medical background or equivalent expertise in a particular area of medicine or clinical science; -Minimum of one year of clinical development experiences; -Thorough knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, such as GCP, SOPs; -Qualified English language skill (speak, read and write); -Computer skill, knowledge in using Windows/Word/Excel/Powerpoint. -Possesses developed expertise in communicating and interacting with physicians and related medical staff. -Possesses a broad understanding of therapeutic area of assigned development compound and can serve as resource to internal and external groups in specific therapeutic areas; -Demonstrates skills in effectively managing assigned projects; -Displays leadership skills, which encourages the full potential of internal and external teams to realized; -Demonstrates a diligent and self-motivated approach to working; -Demonstrates skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities; |
