Responsibilities: To develop goal, planning and strategy on supply chain management system Collaborate with the operating companies to setup, implement & maintain system, policies and procedures on : Direct and Indirect material sourcing and ordering; Material Purchasing; Production scheduling; Supplier selection and assessment; Supplier OTD, payment terms, quality, lead-time reduction, price; Customer OTD improvement Initiate and achieve target on cost reduction; Develop and achieve KPI Work capital control and improvement Identify continuous improvement opportunities on supply chain MRP (IFS) system Staff coaching and motivation Requirements: University graduate in Procurement / Supply Chain / Engineering Min. 10 years of working experience in PMC or Purchasing with 3 years in managerial level Experience on consignment / VMI / outsourcing program ERP knowledge Good communication and coordination skills Good computer knowledge Good command of written English and basic oral communication skill |
