船务操作OP职位说明及要求

Job Description
- Daily operation duties
- Daily communication with customer, suppliers and other colleagues for operational purpose
- Follow up and tracing shipments detail, especially loading, customs declaration, Form A, Form E, CO, Vessel certificate,B/L.
- Issue draft bill of loading and invoice to client
- Arrange payment to suppliers
- Report to branch manager if any operation problem
- settle problem in time.
Requirement
- Bachelor;
- University degree
- English Test 4 Grade passed
- At least 1 year working experience in ocean operation or customer service
- Can work under pressure
- take pains;
- Good communication skill
- Familiar with PC and Windows.
