| LabEngineer职位说明及要求 | |
Position: Lab Engineer Report to: Application Testing-Senior Manager Location: Pudong, Shanghai, PDMC Job Summary Responsible for the operation and maintenance of Industrial Coating Group Lab and its equipment; launch demonstration and application testing for internal and external customers with Nordson automatic and/or manual coating systems of Powder, Liquid, and Container systems, or other suppliers‘ equipment per request. Responsibilities Run application demonstration and product testing per sales and service team‘s demand; Feedback the result and provide professional suggestion; Keep all the testing and demonstration work recorded in a good format and ready to report; Work closely with other function teams in Nordson China to support business growth, provide customer field support per request. Effectively plan and organize day-to-day Lab processes and activities. Formulate and implement product test plan, collect data and analyze, and provide test reports. Be responsible of keeping lab equipment and spare parts in good condition and ready to work at any time; Design and launch training programs with lab equipment and facility for both internal and external customers; Be knowledgeable of all equipment of Nordson Industrial Coating System and keep updating the new release or change of these equipments. Comply with company fixed assets policy to ensure the equipment in the lab is well managed and recorded. Comply the company‘s safety policy strictly to execute Lab operation system. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements Education University Bachelor Degree preferred. Technical, electrical, mechanical related training and education, or equivalent working experience. Work Experience At least 3 years hands on experience in equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance or field service. Strong experience in electrical installation and maintenance on industrial machinery equipment. Digital control systems and PLC experience is desired. Metal Finishing related experience is a plus. Working experience in MNC is preferred. Other Qualifications Integrity, honest; hard working; detail-oriented, team player. Highly motivated and self disciplined, self-motivated, customer-oriented. Good command of English language both verbal and written. Be able to work with all levels of staff in all business units. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Computer and software skills, including Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Outlook, etc., AutoCAD helpful. |
