| Process/ToolingEngineer(StationedinDongguan)职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibilities: Lead a multi department team for the implementation of the following: -Aggressively challenge existing cycles and processes to maximize machine and labor utilization. -Conduct tooling and machinery failure analysis to resolve technical issues aimed at improving quality and reducing scrap. -Work with tool room to make changes to or modify existing molds for automation, decreased cycles, part quality and reduction in flash. -Work with process technicians to develop accurate set-up parameters. -Be the manufacturing interface with tool room and molding. -Interface with tooling procurement engineers to support manufacturing views in the preliminary review of new tooling. -Work with quality organization to identify, prioritize and correct manufacturing / tooling issues which create quality problems. Requirements: -Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or Plastic Engineering -Ten years experience in injection molding and tool room related work with hands on skills in both an advantage. -Experience with CAD / CAM and office type software with mold flow and Pro Engineering software a plus. -Good understanding of commodity and engineering resins and their related manufacturing requirements. -Good command of spoken and written English and Mandrin. -Previous experience with the design of plastic injection molds.
