| Operational Strategic Supply Chain Manager职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: 1.Implement a global supply chain strategy in support of the Director of Strategic Supply Chain Management and the Global program team. Drive best industry practices within all Flextronics divisions and the supporting supply base. 2.Implement programs to maintain the lowest possible total system inventory exposure， reducing risk for both Flextronics and the customer. 3.Leverage Flextronics Worldwide Commodity Management organization in support of strategic procurement initiatives. Consolidate input from commodity managers， site materials management， and personal efforts for presentation to the customer. 4.Implement programs for cost reduction and lead-time reduction within the supply chain.Measure and report on project status internally， and to the customer. 5.Support Design for Procurement (DFP) activity for new programs for that specific Global customer. Provide forward price projections， as required. 6.Develop and implement programs to maximize schedule flexibility， while minimizing inventory exposure and maintaining performance to cost targets. Support Flextronics sites on critical expedites requests. 7.Ensure that sites are implanting the price and AML strategies as set forth by the Director of Strategic Supply Chain Management during new quotations and price rolls. 8.Lead purchasing activities associated with site New Product Introduction efforts. Complete line item source awards， new supplier development， and item-master upload databases. 9.Maintain compliance with corporate， and facility policies and procedures. Ensure the highest standards of integrity and professionalism are adhered to in the procurement process. Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above， major in business， engineering or related field. 2.Over 5 years Procurement Program/Project Management or Material related experience. 3.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. 4.Experienced negotiating skills specific to achieving favorable prices and services. 5.Strong organization， planning， and tactical execution abilities. 6.Excellent written and verbal communication ability. 7.Understanding of supply chain management， the contract electronic manufacturing business and practices， as well as automated and manual procurement systems. 8.APICS and NAPM certifications preferred. 9.Fluency in Microsoft Office applications， including Excel， Word， and Powerpoint. 10.Good command of English (including speaking and writing).
