| Human Resource Department职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: 1.Manage new business programs in Corporate Strategy & Investment Dept. of a Bertelsmann business unit in China. 2.Coordinate and consolidate new business projects or part of a project. 3.Collecting information from internal and external resource, integrate new ideas and develop business models, accomplish details of business plan. 4.Work closely with clients, other departments, and potential partners, held communications such as discussion, seminar and reporting. 5.Provide consulting and practical assistance to project leader. Requirements: 1.Bachelor‘s Degree in prestigious universities, MBA is a plus. 2.3-5 years working experience, especially in international companies. 3.Understanding of commercial business models. 4.Project management skills. 5.Ability to work in an international environment and with an extended team 6.Self-motivated team players and leadership in necessary situation 7.Experience in consulting company is a plus 8.Experience in aviation industry is a plus 9.Excellent English communication (oral and written), presentation skills are essential. |
