| BusinessSolutionManager职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibility: Aliened with the Healthcare Principals and provide a good quality service for all business users, especially in the areas of collaboration with HEC sales, marketing, logistics, operation and distributions. Application development and programming local customization. Ensure the delivery in accordance with agreed service level, requiring priority setting, Planning and coordination of its application and infrastructure. Project implementation. Assist to organize the project team, understand business requirements and prepare project plan. Complete project specification and documents. Manage and coordinate with outsourced team to perform the activities assigned. Provide training to ensure the team members are abreast with the skill. System and Application Administration. Ensure good HW/SW environment for all responsible application systems. Responsible for HEC applications users and security management control. User periodically review and system improvement. Ensure good system change control process and documentation. Specialized Skill Strong records on delivery good IT business solutions to impact business results Good business knowledge on Supply Chain system, online B2B, B2C applications, Field Force, marketing applications and CRM, logistics management applications Good project management experience Proficient programming skills, including familiarity with SQL server 2005/2000, Java, .Net and web application development. Must be able to analyze and prioritize information to make appropriate recommendations Able to produce quality software documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents and unit test plans etc. SAP knowledge/Experience, including implementation / roll out experience beneficial Good communication skill and team management skill Good English – verbal & written skill Computer Skills: Hardware: PC, Mini and Mainframe Application system: Microsoft, Lotus Notes, ERP(SAP), CRM, SCM, KM, workflow, B2B, B2C applications Systems: Windows 2003/2000/NT, Windows OS etc. Language: VB Script, Java Script, ASP .NET, C#, J2EE, XML etc. Others: Microsoft knowledge and platform, SQL 2000/2005, Oracle DB, Data warehouse and Business Intelligence ,CRM,SCM,KM,wokrflow,B2B,B2C applications Education Background A four-year degree in a computer-related discipline is required Certification in various software applications is suggested A minimum of 5 years working experience in similar field, 1-2 year of which must be programmer position and business organization in multi-national business environment is preferred. |
