Financial Controller (Greater China) Job Description Position Specification As part of the regional senior management team, drive the finance and IT and logistic functions across Greater China. This is a key role in a complex organization that includes sales, marketing, production, logistic, IT/ERP/Business Process Harmonization, high volume growth, and deep investment in China. Take ownership of the finance and IT and logistic functions, and add value across processes and efficiency improvements. Candidate Specification A University degree holder or above, with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience with Luxury / Retail or multinational business in China. Strong in finance skills, and professionally qualified with ACCA/HKICPA, and other relevant professional qualification e.g. CIMA. Legal background/ICSA would be an advantage. PRC finance related experience is a must, and familiar with PRC laws and regulations. Good knowledge in IAS/IFRS and PRC accounting standards. Experience of taking ownership of IT projects & logistic function , especially ones that are organizational-wide. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluent in Mandarin. Strong in business acumen, and also compliance and governance. Proven people and leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills, offers initiative, self-discipline and is result-oriented. The position is based in Shanghai China, and with frequent traveling in the Greater China region. The compensation package will commensurate with the requirements of the job.
