| 前台receptionist职位说明及要求 | |
Give all the visitors and callers the feeling that they are welcome at DKSH and process all calls and matters efficiently and effectively & with utmost courtesy 1. Reception: Answering/Transferring phonecall, Receiving and dispatching couiers & letters, Receiving Guests 2.Monthly Admin Allocation: Air ticket &, stationary, copy machine, phone, mobile phone,express and postal,name card, 3.Phone Directory Updating: Monthly update the Shanghai office phone directory 4.Vendor Selection & Quarterly Review: Monitor the service and price quotation from various vendors, Provide timely feedback to BU with regard to complaints, Evaluate the overall performance of the vendors on quarterly basis, Manage and supervise the centralized stationary ordering process 5.Monthly Cost Report: make the monthly admin cost allocation and analyze the special cases and provide feedback to management 6.Contact with vendors for timely and effective support. 7.Office Security: Visitors handling and management, 8.Office Environment: Make sure office clean and in good order. Carpet Cleaning 9.Equipment Management: Maintain office equipments inclusive of telephone lines, copy machines, fax machines etc… 10.Other admin support assigned by admin manager or officer. 1. 2- year related experiences in hotel reception or service industry / MNC 2. Bachelor Degree or above 3. Responsible, rule-compliant, hardworking 4. Practical, pragmatic and willing to learn 5. Service-minded and helpful 6. Strong English Proficiency |
