Detailed Responsibilities: -Logistics business development -Developing strategic concepts for logistic issue -Create close relationship with local potential client with positive customer experiences; -Promote DSV logistics business in local market and branding the service as well -Maintain and support DSV logistics service -Work closely with DSV clients to provide quality logistics and warehouse solution -In charge of the logistics reports of the responsible area -Drive and attain performance KPIs to meet customer continuous satisfaction. -Warehouse management -Leads and directs the logistics and warehouse operational activities in general. -Inventory controlling to meet company target and continuously improving with new tool and sourcing process. -Controlling and monitoring suppliers performance and delivery reliability for the concerned area -People Development -Resources and personnel planning for long term and short term business development， staff communication， performance evaluation -Provide coaching, direction for staff in the area of business and personal development. Qualifications -Full range of logistics business and industry knowledge. -Bachelor degree in Business/ Science or equivalent; -8 years experience within the industry, in 3PL or in multinational enterprise at least 3 years in managerial position; -Accountable, Systematical and responsible; Positive attitude under high pressure, Plan and organize, can manage complexity. |
