| 技术总监职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibility: -Responsible for leading the technology team through system development and integration with internal and external teams -Set strategic direction of technical advances for the company -Set strategic direction for acquiring data, preserving data, and mining data at the most cost efficient way -Collaborate with business team in educating and marketing the company technology to customers -Manage integration projects with external customers -Manage capacity planning, system monitoring, and system load testing processes -Establish process to allow for 24/7 monitoring, problem identification, escalations, and notifications related to all internet production systems, and services. Required Skills & Experience: -Master‘s or Bachelor‘s degree in computer science or a scientific or mathematical field. -Ten years minimum technical management experience in a UNIX/LINUX enterprise environment. -Experience in developing the strategies used to maintain a highly available operational environment. -An ability to solve problems and move quickly in a fast-paced environment -Willing to roll up sleeves and get to ground work at any time with his/her colleagues -Thrive in start-up environment Other Required Skills: -Excellent oral and written communications. -Strong analytical, planning, project management and problem solving abilities. -The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. -Aptitude for learning new technology quickly. -Must be knowledgeable of 7x24 operational principles. -Excellent skills in business organization and operations -Knowledge of emerging application software technologies -Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of computer systems design, architecture, and integration of system hardware, software and networks. -Ability to establish effective collaborative working relationships with multiple support groups across the company. |
