BusinessSystemAnalyst职位说明及要求

Duties of the position:
1、Provide IT System Application and Business Process support to all business/functional units in the organization;
2、Identify process improvement opportunities, initial and lead these efforts to enhance the operational efficiency;
3、Responsible to new system solutions and technologies to support the business.
Qualifications Required:
1、Possess Degree in Computer Science or Business
2、Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment
3、Good knowledge of ERP(SAP R/3, Oracle)
4、Customer focus with excellent written and verbal communication
5、Demonstrate exceptional skills to leadership with desire to excel
6、Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence without authority, adaptable to changes and have innovative and creative approach.
