| C&B Specialist职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: -Prepare C&B annual budget and monthly payroll -Conduct analysis and prepare reports to support the management to make decision -Design C&B programs to ensure competitiveness in local market -Enhance communication channel with management and staff， improve employee reward satisfaction -Interact with government and consulting agencies to support other HR functions -Keep the good relationship and cooperation with different government office -Be familiar with the articles of Labor Law and other relevant government rules Requirements: -3+ years HR experience， 2+ years major in Payroll; -College or above， Psychology & Language will be preferred; -Excellent interpersonal， presentation， communication， project -management skill with frequent English. -Business control sense & experience -HR IT background would be a plus |
