| HRExecutive职位说明及要求 | |
Job Responsibilities Provide full spectrum of HR advisory, expatriate management and support to business. Prepare, validate and review monthly payroll, statutory reports & filing and other payroll related activities. Human Resources Administration which includes; Maintaining Personnel files of each employees, Monitor and control employee‘s leave & benefits entitlements, Coordinate Personnel movements (recruitments, lay-offs, transfers) and etc. Review and implement HR policies and processes to meet changing business and employee needs, which include: Selection and recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development and employee communications. Ensure effective communication and implementation of HR policies, HR trends and corporate HR directives. Work with department managers for all business needs and advise on salary details and packages. This includes carrying out with compensation surveys by working with internal and external vendors and implement the right salary packages to attract and retain staff Manage and provide support for overall performance management and talent management. Work closely with business partners in ensuring HR programs/activities are met and aligned with corporate policies Participate in Corporate HR programs & initiatives as and when assigned Key Requirements: Bachelors degree with specialization in Human Resources Management or any related discipline preferred Ability to speak and write in English At least 5 years of hands-on HR generalist experience in a dynamic MNC environment |
