| ProjectManager(外资化工建厂项目-天津)职位说明及要求 | |
Our client is a leading US chemical company. Job Responsibilities: Understanding management expectation and implementing the project management strategy to ensure the project completed safely in good quality, in time and within budget; Accountable for translation of “Business Needs” into a project approach; defining, documenting and securing the Project Execution Plan and Contracting Strategy; Leading the Permitting process to make sure to get the permit in time without compliance issue; Accountable for project controls: project cost estimating, planning/scheduling, project benchmarking, effective cost control/forecasting, effective project progress control, contracting/procurement-plans, cash flow management and financial status of the project; Responsible for managing the project interfaces with all parties involved, including internal and external communication and transfer of relevant project data according to a communication plan; Responsible for coaching of team members. Directing, guiding and motivating project team members, to ensure the project delivery with effective teamwork. Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in a technical field; Minimum 10 years working experience in project execution, at least 3 years in project manager level; Experienced in managing middle to large-scale construction projects; Experienced in scope development and architectural design in the construction of office and research centers complexes will be an advantage; Excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and corporate requirements; Excellent understanding of contracting principles and the contracting process; Good team player who can manage cross functional team and motivate internal team members as well as service providers to deliver project/program on time, within budget, and with client satisfaction; Very good communication skill in both Chinese and English. |
