HRConsultant职位说明及要求

Job description
Create a trust-building partnership with internal customers, develops solutions, plans and executes the implementation; Consult employees and line managers in all areas of operational HR work; Monitor continuously quality of performed tasks and ensure high quality of performance; Implement measures regarding individual employees in areas of responsibility in accordance with country specific legal regulations and company guideline; Coordinate the interface to regional HR Tire regarding the full portfolio of HR related process; Responsible for all administrative activities related to the consulting task in the area of responsibility; Responsible for establishing Guidelines within the area of responsibilities (Continental Tire Shanghai Co. Ltd)

Necessary requirements
Education: Bachelor Degree and above
Vocational Experience: Min. 5 years working experience in HR related function

Additional requirements
Fluently in English
Profound experiences with new Chinese Labor Law
