Job description Recruitment and preselection of national and international applicants with economical and technical degree/ or professional experience: Carrying out applicant interviews and selection discussions, Assessment-center, partly with managers of the functional department; Continuous improvement of the processes for the selection of personnel; responsible for establishing China wide guidelines in line with the regional and Corporate requirements. Necessary requirements Education: Bachelor Degree and above Vocational Experience: Min. 3 years working experience in recruiting function Additional requirements Fluently in English Profound experiences in Compensation and Benefit Systems (desirable Hay evaluation methodology) |
