主要工作PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY --联系销售，客户服务，仓库，物流供应商执行日常公路运输 Contact sales, customer service, warehouse and Logistic hauliers, implement daily road transportation --处理并协调运输当中的各种事项 Handle and coordinate various issues in transportation --后备处理小组成员正常缺席情况下的其他日常工作 Other daily works under the absence of support team member --SAP系统操作，运输文档生成 The SAP system operation and generation of transportation files --提供合适的日常，月度，年度分析报表 Provide appropriate daily analysis report, monthly analysis report and annual analysis report --参与制定公路运输操作流程 Participate in formulating the operation procedure of road combined transportation --参与公路运输操作流程的持续改进 Participate in continuous improvement of operation flow of road combined transportation --配合物流HSE部门处理运输事故或意外 Assist logistics HSSE department to handle transportation incidents or unexpected --配合物流计划小组处理货损索赔事宜 Assist logistics planning team to deal with the issues about claims on freight damage --配合物流计划小组对供应商进行绩效考核 Assist logistics planning team to take performance test for suppliers --配合物流计划小组进行运输方案优化 Assist logistics planning team to optimize transportation program --整理并保存有效文档 Clean up and maintain valid files --协助物流HSE小组提升物流供应商HSE体系 Assist logistics HSE team to promote the HSE system of supplier --向上级汇报任何潜在HSE事故 Report to the management about any potential HSE accident --了解国家有关政策、法律法规 understand relevant policy, law and regulations 经验/技能要求EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT --大学本科毕业, 技术或商务相关专业, 物流专业优先 Bachelor degree, technology or commercial education background, logistics is preferred --具有英语口语和书写能力 Ability of spoken and written English --高度自我激励, 能够采取主动, 独立工作 High self-motivation, work actively and independently --良好的沟通技巧并能作为小组的一员很好地工作 Good communication skills and good team work --能承受工作压力按时完成任务 Ability of sustaining work pressure and timely accomplish assignments --良好的计算机操作能力，有SAP操作经验优先 Good Microsoft skills, SAP experience is preferred --本岗位将经常与外公司, 供应商和客户联系, 必须将赛科的良好形象和信誉带给外界 Due to frequent contacts with outside companies, vendors and customers, good image and reputation of SECCO shall be demonstrated to them |
