Lean Master/ BB职位说明及要求

1. To assist Lean Mgr. to roll out and implement Lean production philosophy; Hands on experience of running a Kaien， familiar with the Kazien process;
2.. Assist lean traning to the organization and bring improvement concept to the whole company;

Requirement:

1. above 5 years relevant working performance in a foreign enterprise;
2. Unversity degree or above;
3.Good computer skills ( especially familiar with the Lean/ Sigma SWs ) and high English Level ( both written and spoken);
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
5. Project management skills;
6. professional knowledge about Lean and Six Sigma;
7. Systematic approach to problem sovling;
8. Must be pro-active and do things in an appropriate and timely manner.
